Cloudfire is a business solution oriented company, intending to fill the market need for a professional, customer-focused, responsible cloud, print management and communications solution provider. The company emphasizes the complete solution, service and support to differentiate itself from more price-oriented IT companies. We are on the brink of penetrating a lucrative market in a rapidly growing industry.

Located on the Gold Coast, Queensland we realize that, for us to prosper, we need to be flexible and responsive, to delight the clients by providing them with what they want, when they want it, and before the competition can offer it. The company intends to achieve this through a solutions approach that is customer-centric, and in which the customer’s business objectives enjoy top priority.


Our Mission



Many IT and application development organizations have struggled to embrace the Cloud in a meaningful and beneficial way. To gain certain benefits, it seemed necessary to sacrifice others. Most public clouds pledge utility charge and affiliated cost savings, but issues surrounding provisioning, oversight and, most importantly, asset orchestration, high accessibility and catastrophe recovery security conceive daunting obstacles to adoption. Tier 3 Reliability

All our services are provided via our Tier 3 data centre facility to ensure maximum uptime by removing single points of failure. You can find in depth technical details regarding the facilities infrastructure below.

In order to maintain our high level of service, Cloudfire uses only the best available hardware for each and every component of our infrastructure. This includes:
