Either you can install the hardware yourself, by booking a time with our technicians to assist you over the phone or our highly trained technicians are ready to install your hardware in our Cloudfire co-location facility and coordinate with you over the phone to get the hardware up and running.

Once the hardware is launched the Hardware Monitoring and Reporting Service will keep a full time watchful eye on your services, ensuring smooth running and providing additional key statistical and performance metrics for your server. The Network Operations Centre is available to provide any assistance you may require regarding your hardware and any issues you may encounter. Our technicians are standing by in the event of any critical hardware failure, available to work on the machine or provide after hours access to the data centre.
